With key strengths in organisation design, change management, facilitation, and communication, she has a proven track record in delivering strategic people development solutions to support organisational performance.
Paula has a passion for supporting leaders, teams and individuals to realise their potential. She harnesses many and varied techniques including coaching and mentoring, to guide organisations, teams and individuals in their development. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and is MCIPD and FCMI qualified.
