Stephen has extensive experience as a coach, facilitator and trainer. He has a background in the education sector, having worked as a headteacher, a principal lecturer on higher education, and as senior civil servant working as a Regional Adviser with the Department for Education on projects linked to change management and the reform of children’s services.
Stephen works with individuals and teams to support them through change, and to drive organisational improvement. He has a depth of experience of designing and delivering leadership development programmes and of working with organisations to help them to manage change successfully and to devise, articulate and implement strategy.
Stephen has a Ph.D in psychology, an M.Sc, and an Advanced Diploma and Level 5 ILM award in Coaching. He is a Fellow if the Institute of Leadership and Management.
